These terms govern the use of all services and products provided by The JLX Group, including JLX Media Lab and JLX THE LABEL. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

SERVICES & CONSULTING

  • Inquiries: Submission of a contact or project form does not create a formal business relationship. A partnership is only established upon a signed agreement and receipt of an initial deposit.

  • Deliverables: All strategic materials, designs, and digital assets remain the property of The JLX Group until full payment is received.

  • Cancellations: Deposits for consulting and creative services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service contract.

ECOMMERCE & RETAIL

  • Orders: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • Shipping: Delivery times are estimates. The JLX Group is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international postal carriers.

  • Returns: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order items are final sale.

All content on this site, including logos, designs, text, and images is the property of The JLX Group. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is prohibited.
